We stopped in, and they immediately put his bike on the lift and fixed it while we waited. I watched several customers come through, and it was obvious how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. The customer service is outstanding. They worked on his bike for an hour and only charged $30 — incredible! When I’m ready for a new bike, I’ll absolutely be back to Infinity Bike Shop just for the service alone. My advice: life is short — buy the bike and enjoy the ride!
