I stood in the boot section waiting for help while an employee nearby chatted with what appeared to be her friends instead of assisting customers. When I asked another employee for help, she barely stopped walking, pointed back to the same girl, and dismissed me without even listening to what I needed. As someone who has worked in sales for years, I was honestly shocked at how quickly and rudely I was brushed off. Really disappointing experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Hokas, brooks, etc. They have a respectable selection, and the customer service is top notch! Shout out to Matt! Be advised, this is a higher end sporting goods store so some of the prices are quite high, but their footwear selection at least is reasonably priced along with other shoe stores in that category and in the area. All said, we would definitely recommend the REI Co-op store in Huntsville AL. Even if you're just window shopping...
