The pins wouldn’t reset so we ask this taller man to fix it he does but immediately after it doesn’t work again so we get switched to lane 5 and the balls get stuck we are now waiting 15 minute to get the balls unstuck. Mind you we paid 52$ bc the man said it would be cheaper to pay that and play unlimited then buy 2 games so at this point we are all bored and upset so we ask the guy if we can get a refund and play pool the guy gives a attitude and starts to be sarcastic the whole time so I put my shoes up and leave. Always issues with the lanes and issues with the employees just drive to Huntsville next time guys it’s not worth it
