  I was really excited to try Shattered, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The concept of a rage room is fun, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. First, the experience was falsely advertised when selecting a package. I chose a specific package based on what was listed on the website, but when I arrived, I found out that what was promised—certain items or activities—wasn’t actually included. This was frustrating and felt misleading. We selected the date night option, thinking it would be set up exactly how it’s listed but when we got there our table looked like the photo I’ve attached, nothing like a dinner date set for two? It was a table with miscellaneous items on it. And once I mentioned it the employee said “oh I forgot the table cloth?” Which obviously was not going to make it better? We added the enraged packages and got one Tv that was already beat on. Additionally, the equipment used for smashing were in poor condition, the bats broke with one hit because they haven’t been updated recently, the batting tee was broken so couldn’t be used, which didn’t make for a satisfying experience. Customer service also wasn’t great, our concerns weren’t fully addressed and it was dead quiet so we had to ask for music. It didn’t seem like the staff was really interested in ensuring a positive experience. While the idea of a rage room has a lot of potential, I hope Shattered takes this feedback seriously. There’s a lot of room for improvement in terms of honesty in advertising, safety, and overall customer service.

  Had an awesome date night with my girlfriend! We broke so many plates and bottles! Then guy that worked there was super nice, very friendly and the music added with the shattering was a great touch. Who doesn’t like heavy metal when breaking a windshield?! Good deals, and their packages are very affordable! Not only would I recommend, but would encourage everyone to give it a shot, it’s cheaper than therapy.

  Such a fun experience! Great people, fun atmosphere, and overall just so much fun! Would absolutely recommend to anyone near or far! Definitely check it out!
