The staff was helpful, and the buying process was smooth. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Right out of the gate, I noticed quality control issues with the mower—especially related to the loose fasteners and belt system. I reached out to the dealer and did receive a replacement belt, but there was no follow-up or resolution for the other problems I reported. When you're paying a premium price for a top-tier machine, you expect not just performance but solid support after the sale. That didn’t happen here. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this Bad Boy dealer unless they make real improvements to post-sale customer service and accountability.
