  These guys stand behind their awesome products. I live in North Pole Alaska and have several Kuhl Parkas, and many many pants. But this post is about a winter parka that I bought 4 years ago and the zipper started giving me issues. I contacted them and they had me send it in and they repaired it for free, AND shipped it right back. Now at 40 below, I'm a happy camper again. Love thier products for work and play.

  I’m a local who goes often. Even though the store seems to have a lot of staff changeover, the customer service is always heartwarming. Whatever management is doing to make their people friendly, keep it up.

  I stopped by to purchase a new pair of hiking shoes. Luis offered assistance and asked what types of shoes I was looking for. He suggested a pair of Altra hiking boots that’s on clearance. He couldn’t find my size and let me try on a pair that’s a half size bigger. They were a bit big so he found another style that is also on sale and it was in my size. He’s very helpful and attentive to my needs. I was carrying the shoe box while shopping and he offered to leave the box at the checkout counter so I don’t have to carry it around. Thanks Luis for an awesome customer service!

  Super helpful staff, helped my friend pick out a sleeping bag and is a great place to recycle your propane canisters at. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to help us.
