He suggested a pair of Altra hiking boots that’s on clearance. He couldn’t find my size and let me try on a pair that’s a half size bigger. They were a bit big so he found another style that is also on sale and it was in my size. He’s very helpful and attentive to my needs. I was carrying the shoe box while shopping and he offered to leave the box at the checkout counter so I don’t have to carry it around. Thanks Luis for an awesome customer service!
