Michelle and Sean stepped up to the plate and replaced them all with no complaint and the problem seems to have gone away. I suspect it was just a bad batch of spokes which hopefully, Pedego is now aware of. This review however is not about Pedego but Michelle and Sean's store. One of the reasons I bought a Pedego bike is due to the local support and that has proven to be a wise move.

I appreciated the complimentary helmet, bike lock, and tire repair. I had a super time riding the bike through the river valley all day. Also was grateful for the on-line map that was provided. Highly recommend this bike shop.
