I found the technology and the instruction at Golftec perfect for my needs. There’s instant feedback. My coach Jamie Kureluk changed many bad tendencies in my swing and eventually I got comfortable with the new posture, grip and swing path. My ball flight drastically improved. All these components gave me the one thing we all look for – greater consistency and confidence. The onus is still on each individual to dedicate themselves to ingrain these changes by attending practise sessions regularly. They also carry the latest clubs from a variety of top brands to try out. The social aspect of being a member is important to me as well. I enjoy the intelligent banter with the staff whether the topic is about golf, hockey or current affairs. I highly recommend Golftec.
- SOSean O'DonovanJul 9, 20212.0Booked a fitting which was cancelled during to Covid. They neither called or informed me that the booking was cancelled. I then received a confirmation email confirming the appointment after I had called and confirmed it had been cancelled. I then had to reschedule my appointment, this was not done by golftec. The fitting went well but I was only able to try 3 manufacturers of clubs. When I called and emailed back to confirm the type of shafts recommended (light or medium flex) I never received a reply back. I was not impressed with their communication back to the customer.

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
