  When you find good service I think its worth writing a review. We are new to golfing and we are using used equipment while we learn. We went for service at Golftown Shawnessy and had the good fortune to deal with Ian. He was extremely helpful, non judgey, and offered great advice. We observed him with instore staff and noticed the same great attitude internally. The staff at this location all seem happy and helpful. Definitely have found our go to place for all things golf.

  Great service, I walked in with a dilemma on which clubs I should be swinging and what type of ball would best suit me. Ryan helped me so much. Feel like there was zero pressure just wanted the clubs and balls to fit and best suit my game. I will definitely be back in the future. Very friendly, very informative. 5 stars !

  Absolutely Brutal customer service experience. Went in for a fitting with Kyle on July 28 for a new driver shaft that I wanted for a upcoming golf trip in late September. Picked out a driver shaft with Kyle and before purchasing I asked him 3 times if I would have it before my Golf trip in September and he ASSURED me I would have it in 2 to 3 weeks. Even spoke to assistant manager who agreed with Kyle and said the same thing "2 to 3 weeks" 5 weeks later, no shaft and when I called the store and spoke to the manager, he said he would look into it personally and call ping tomorrow and get back to me. I never received a phone call back from manager "ever". Needless to say, 10 weeks later, golf trip over and still No driver shaft or phone call regarding my inquiries. These guys are Absolutely terrible at customer service. After this experience I will be ordering online and using private fitters for any golf club needs. These guys need some competition to bring their attitude and egos down.

  I called the location to inquire about counter balance LAB putters and was told there was plenty of selection. While I did have to seek out help, Cori from apparel department specifically asked Kyle to help me with putters. While I was at first a bit disappointed that there were no right handed LAB counter balance putters to try, Kyle overcame that frustration. He asked me great questions about my putting and the challenges I am looking to overcome. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and helped me interpret the specs the LAB people sent me. He made great suggestions about which product attributes were designed to help. I was very impressed that he was so well versed in product knowledge and made terrific suggestions. He wasn’t condescending to a female golfer and really impressed me. When I went to thank Cori for connecting me with Kyle, she also provided great customer service. She was genuine and helpful. When I spoke to Ryan the next day to provide my feedback he was always very nice on the phone.
