  Well went in with my daughter to get a new driver. I asked to try one out and one of the employees treated me like I shouldn't be in the store. I was told these clubs are not for beginners, I said great cause I have been golfing before you were even born. Then he looked at me and said do you understand how much this club is. At this point my daughter asked what he meant so I explained to her that some people judge you by the way you look and we walked out. I went and spent my $500 at Golf traders instead and they were so friendly. I will never go back to golf town again. I cant believe how rude the staff were at this store.

  Okay. They are all awesome here and my husband insists this is the only golf town to go too. But Paulina specifically- I didn’t realize that level of customer service and care existed. You guys have a gem of a human working for you. Thank you for your help Paulina.

  Went in last week (Boxing Week) with my brother in law to build a bag. The young guy helping us - Jakob - couldn’t have been a bigger help! Got completely set up with irons (fitted to size), woods, putter, bag - THE WORKS - All with Jakob’s help & expertise when answering our questions + his awesome attitude and dedication to spending a few hours with us while we hit balls and figured out what we were after. Couldn’t thank him enough!
