  Was perusing the firearms section and happened to overhear a gun sale in progress. To my absolute horror, as a prior firearms salesman, I witnessed the clearly rather inexperienced and incompetent woman behind the counter bypass and ignore most of the proper procedures for selling a firearm. Save yourselves the legal headaches and don't buy from here.

  5 customers walked out of your store in Rock Springs Wyoming. We asked for help and nobody responded. There was a group of employees around the cashier area, yet... no one came to assist. Do better.

  Tried to get a $200.00 gift card but was told could only get one for $100.00. When asked why, I was told "just our policy". Yet you can go online and send someone a digital card for $500.00. Possibly more I didn't check. Doesn't make sense to me!🤔
