- TMTravelin ManApr 24, 20261.0A couple of days ago I purchased a Dewalt Backpack Sprayer. at the Powell store. $ 250.00 (Wow has the price exploded on this sprayer) Anyway, I got home and I didn't even open the box. My wife had just found a used one for half the price. When I went to returned the unopened box a young lady (employee number 107508) was the only checkout spot available and she was busy talking to one of her friends. After waiting I said I wanted to return the sprayer she asked if I had opened the box. I said No can't you see the box. She said she had customers before who had opened boxes before and "stuffed" other things in the box and then resealed the box. She said she would have to call a supervisor to okay the return. We waited and waited and another young lady came up.I said I need to return this sprayer she looked at the box and said absolutely, what's the problem. I said this young lady thinks I'm trying to steal something from you. She looked at the cashier and said give him his money back, "what are you doing" The cashier laughed and said " I just had to give him a little crap about it" Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this store, They will not get another dollar from me!

- DPDale PruettFeb 16, 20265.0From the outside, the place might look pretty ordinary, but once you step in it feels huge, with tons of options and a really wide selection. If you’re looking for ammo, they have more variety than anywhere else nearby. I called around, and nothing in Greybull or Cody even came close. The staff are friendly, and the whole store has that welcoming small town feel. Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply definitely earned my praise.
