  I believe her name was Esperanza. The manager, needs to take a few more classes on Customer Service. She is the rudest managers I have ever talked to. Calling people liars THEN when she is proven wrong, never apologizes. Working in retail, you need to be presentable, professional and it doesn’t hurt to be kind to people. Especially when YOU are wrong. It’s okay to say “I was wrong.” It’s okay to apologize. But being blatantly rude to customers unacceptable! Maybe work somewhere that doesn’t work with the public. I’d rather drive all the way out to Rock Springs than to ever go to this Murdoch’s again! One person can ruin it for everyone!!

  Love that this store has a little bit of everything we need. The employees are all super kind and helpful and they are very knowledgeable about their inventory!

  I love shopping at Murdochs. We wander through the whole store each time we go it. Looking at clothes, shoes, camping equip and puppy toys. We love to grab an old timey candy from their big selection and take it on the road.

  If you are making delivery here and you got 53’ on the back the best way is to turn right on the 2nd street and then turn left just before Walmart corner to back up next to their docks Otherwise you’ll have to struggle with Walmart tight driveways Good luck
