I've shopped at this particular SW for a decade, and spent a lot of money here. The store has gone downhill since the coof ended. Every time I go in the place I'm met at the gun counter by poorly trained 18 -20 year olds who really don't know what they're doing. They advertise as being able to do trade-ins but when I go in, they "aren't doing trade ins today". The only kid on a register was borderline rude. The store is a literal ghost town. There are hardly any customers and also hardly ever any staff around.

This may be the worst SW of them all. I drove over an hour to this location for a bow that was supposably in stock. I called on my way and was told they had it, upon my arrival I was handed an empty box. We looked for the bow on the floor, but no luck. The associate than did a search and told me the store in Laramie had one. I asked him to call them to make sure they had it and would physically look at it but instead he told me the computer said it was in stock there. The computer also says your store has it in stock as well but here we are trying to locate one. He than told me I should have just gone to the Loveland store because that was the closest one to me and he started helping another customer. I found it best just to walk out, and also the Loveland store never has anything in stock as well. I dont know why SW won't deliver products to another store if a customer pays for it and wants to do an in store pickup. Alot of people dont want to drive another 100 miles and waste time, money and gas if they dobt have to. I have discovered customer service is a thing of the past with this company and I have spent ny last dollar in any of these stores, I'll go somewhere else and pay more if I have to in order to be treated like an actual customer.
