  I don't like leaving reviews, but my visit today at Windsor was extremely upsetting!! I usually shop at Windsor a couple times a month because I do love their clothes... not anymore.. I won't be back. There is a lovely associate there, I don't know her name but she has always been super helpful when I've gone in. Well this associate was helping a customer find a Valentine's dress and shoes .. apparently the store manager had an issue with the associate and the customer speaking Spanish ?? Not sure why? I'm not an expert in the Spanish language, but what I picked up they were talking about the customers plans for Valentine's day AKA the items she was picking out. Which the last I checked is a good customer service skill. This older store manager not only spoke down to this associate but accused her of hanging out with her friend?!..the poor girl was almost in tears. What kind of management speaks down to somebody because she didn't realize what they were talking about. AND IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!!! Disgraceful, and bottom line racist!! She literally yelled at this associate to go clock out (I assumed fired her) I'm sure you all don't care, honestly if your store manager is like that I doubt you'll care about this review.. but just know she is very disrespectful and obviously a racist!!!!

  My daughter and I had the best experience in our Windsor store in fhe grand central mall! Three young ladies were working Saturday evening June 10th and I loved that they greeted us as we walled in and smiled while doing so. They heard me say wow! They asked if it was our first time in the store and told us to enjoy looking around. They allowed us to look and then checked on us. We told one of the young lasies what we were looking for and she helped us, but we did not find what she was looking for. She wanted a dress for her wedding. However, she found a dress for her reception, tried it on and loved it! Another young lady came back to the dressing room to see how she was doing and said she liked the dress and asked if she would like to try the same dress with a different top. Another young lady asked what size she needed. She brought back the other dress. My daughter tried it on and it was PERFECT! The young ladies knew exactly what she needed to accent her curves. We were so thankful! They told her not to worry about not finding her wedding dress. They said in the next month or so they will be getting more dresses in. My daughter also found jewelry for her bridal party and the prices were just right! Thank you so much! I have worked retail and I know what works and these young ladies deserve a huge pat on the back! They really know how to work this fashion store! Thank you all so much!
