  Outstanding experience in store. For people that know me, they know that I straight up hate the thought of going to brick and mortar retail. However, the store is laid out well, organized well, and has a great selection for being an outlet. What really makes it 5* was my checkout experience at the mall-side registers with Tyra. They are amazing at their job - personable, friendly, and helpful. I haven't given manned register folks the time of day to even ask about in-store credit card applications in probably 25 years. Not only did they tell me about it, but I took the time to sign up for a Belk card...and didn't hate it! Tyra is an amazing asset to an already great store. People like them are the difference makers in modern retail.
