The staff here seemed overwhelmed with nominal business, had no interest in using the previously-filled Federal forms (provided by Bass Pro Shop online for in-store firearms purchases), and were generally inattentive and unhelpful, insofar that it took nearly 2 hours to be served for an online order, with maybe 5 customers in line and 3 team members to serve them. It was a bizarre experience when compared with every other department in the store, where someone was always smiling and asking how they could be of assistance. I would absolutely recommend this location so long as purchasing firearms in an expedited manner isn't the primary goal.
