When I called back, I was told to bring my receipt back on my next visit because I paid cash??? I immediately contacted the Charleston location and was given the credit and an apology. This was the 2nd time I was overcharged at this location. The 1st time, percentages weren't given as advertised. A business should honor what's advertised even if it's THEIR ERROR. Medical is expensive as it is and to cheat the ones already struggling is not good business.
