- DAdarlene andersenJan 1, 20251.0I ordered some flowers from Ruths Roses in Point Plesant Ohio. I ordered the "Peace and Hope" bouquet for my aunts funeral and they sent something COMPLETLY different and cheaper than what I ordered !!! I do not recommend them at all!!! I will never use them again !!! They do have disclaimer that says if they don't have what you ordered they can send something of the same value or better. And you have to search for their website to find it. And they never told me that when I talked to them.So they can just send whatever they have already made up in the refrigerator. As you can see they were NOT of the same value and CHEAPER! The reason I ordered that bouquet was because of the vase. Now my uncle has just a plain glass vase you can get at a thrift store. I was hoping that whenever he would look at the vase it would remind him of her. But they ruined that for me.And the company is in Nevada not a locally owned shop. It is a locally "ran" shop. I thought I was supporting their local community. Boy was I ever wrong! Next time I'm asking a lot of questions before I place my order.
