  I had an amazing experience at Petals & Silk Floral (Bella Botanica) Boutique! I stopped in on a Friday afternoon needing an arrangement for two friends who were getting engaged that evening. They didn’t have premade arrangements available, but the florist took the time to ask thoughtful questions about colors, style, and budget and let me know it would take about 20–30 minutes to create something custom. She got to work right away and created the most beautiful large spring arrangement with roses, daisies, lilies, greenery, and bells of Ireland, finished with a black ribbon around a clear round vase. It truly exceeded my expectations—the quality and freshness of the flowers were exceptional. The customer service was fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She even packaged the arrangement in a box to make it easier to transport, which I really appreciated. The price felt completely worth it for the quality and experience. I would absolutely order from here again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a stunning, custom floral arrangement!

  I ordered blue and yellow, high gold yellow, flowers with Easter Lilies. I asked for a photo because I wasn't able to be there. It was sent the day after the event. The composition have less than a half a dozen blue flowers with only one species of blue but had three species of yellow flowers. One of these species of plain yellow flowers looked like they had been picked off the side of the road. There was only one Easter Lilly. One when I was upcharged for lillies to be included.

  I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral service. I am out of state and couldn't not attend the funeral. I asked for a photo of the flowers. That was not done. I made the request for the photo and they were aware of the situation.They agreed to take the photo. I will never know if these flowers were as I requested or the quality and quantity of the arrangement. There are many families in this situation now. I don't recommend this florist if you are ordering out of state. . You will never know. *Responce after feedback. The flowers did not get displayed at my Aunt's funeral because you did not communicate with anyone at the church. No one knew I sent flowers until the next day in the immediate family and the extended family doesn't even know we sent flowers.

  I received professional service from the start . From the phone call to order to the delivery of the floral arrangements. The arrangements were beautiful. I will highly recommend this florist.
