She listened closely to my needs and help me understand how the products work and a rough idea of what to expect and went through every single one making sure she answered all doubts or questions. This is the second time I had saw her and she had the same outstanding customer service and care I received the first time. EVERYONE the front desk and all staff were friendly, knowledgeable and you can see how well they worked together. It’s definitely a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend this location in Charleston, WV

All staff are friendly, lobby and bathroom are always clean and presentable. A sale is generally happening on some product! I have always felt in great care coming here. I need to give a shoutout to Carrissa for past few visits on helping with my purchase and great service!
