- TJTony Ball JrDec 22, 20254.0Penny's used to be my favorite store. I couldn't wait until the Sears and Penny's Christmas catalogs come out. Sadly Penny's is heading down the same path as Sears. You can tell by the selection of clothing and other merchandise isn't nothing like it used to be. I hope they can turn things around soon. All the good stores are going out of business or already gone.

A wonderful employee who worked hard for the store and was loved by the customers was fired for being gifted a gift card. A mother of 4 was fired just weeks before Christmas because a customer had gave her a gift card with just $12 on it as a gift. In my opinion I see nothing wrong with this but apparently that is considered theft. I believe they over hired for the holidays and found any reason they could. So unless you want to be in a screwed up situation because of bad employment managing I advise not working for this place

And laughed at. Put the items back, and will order on Amazon. When you go out of business, remember I can order on line. I came here for customer service, that doesnt exists. I have RA, don't want to carry everything around.
