    Frustrating to have mine and my wife's hands full of clothes, ask a worker where the carts are and being told "we don't have enough so they go fast, or probably all up stairs." And laughed at. Put the items back, and will order on Amazon. When you go out of business, remember I can order on line. I came here for customer service, that doesnt exists. I have RA, don't want to carry everything around.

    Was just at this jcpenneys and a worker came to me in the dressing room at 5:45 (they close at 6), telling me she didn't want to harass me but if I wasn't in line to checkout within a minute I would not be able to make my purchase. I didn't answer at first and then she just kept on, mame did u hear me you have a minute. I had 15 minutes before they even closed. I didn't buy the 200 worth of clothes because of that. With all the jcpenneys closing you'd think they would be a little nicer to their customers and idk want to make some money!
