  I had called about the needohs and they snapped at me and said they were getting them next week. I was so disappointed because I used to love this store and now I don’t because of the bad interaction

  Our theme this year for Christmas gifts was to buy local which is how we discovered Ruckus & Glee! What an awesome toy store with a great selection of toys for kids of all ages. Very friendly and helpful staff, they even offer complimentary gift wrapping. Highly recommend!

  The best place to find gifts for kids, with excellent customer service. Wauwatosa/Milwaukee is lucky to have such a fantastic local, independent toy store.

  I went looking for Christmas gifts for my two-year-old and loved many of the items. I asked if they price-matched other stores, and the girl snapped “no” at me—pretty rudely. I get it; they’re a small local shop and probably get that question a lot. I support local businesses a lot, and I would have been happy to buy an item there if it was $5, $10, or even $15 more than anywhere else, which is expected because I understand how overhead works as someone who has owned a business. But the item I was looking at was $35 more than anywhere else, which seemed extreme. It would’ve been nice if she had asked what item I was looking at or offered to help me find something else within my budget. I hadn’t been greeted or asked if I needed help at all, and then she was immediately annoyed with me. I had been in the store for over twenty minutes, so that interaction felt like the icing on the cake, and I ended up leaving. We are kind of new to the neighborhood so that experience really bummed me out.
