  This is an awesome store. It's what we need here. I Wish they had more of the clothes that are on their website. But the store has a good selection and great customer service especially Nat who is so helpful and professional. Best store for all kinds of apparel especially for amazing dresses, coats etc. I highly recommend this store!

  I used to love this store. But the customer service is terrible. I had never been to a store where they tell you that you can’t take a purse into the dressing room to try on with the outfit. It was a very small purse so to me that felt like the employee insinuated that I might steal it… I put everything back and left. Probably won’t shop here again. Zero stars for employee running the dressing room. Very rude

  We arrived at the store around 2pm on Saturday 9/27/25 my granddaughter found 9 dresses she wanted to try on for homecoming. We were in line for a dressing room for an hour and 20 minutes to be told we could only take 6 dresses in. I asked if we could leave 3 out and come back for them in exchange for 3 we tried? No only 6 dresses allowed to try on. We gave up 3 dresses and walked in with 6. My granddaughter chose one of the dresses but wanted to try a size up. I was told we could not do that. I asked to talk to the manager in order to get the correct size. The manager agreed with her employee but I told her how long I waited to get into a dressing room. She agreed to allow one dress to be tried on. What to do when shopping at Windsor. 1) shop early in the morning 2) only take 6 dresses to try on 3) I would suggest go a size up 4) they do not take returns. Be sure you want the dress before you buy I gave it a two star only because of the manager allowing us to bring in the correct size to try on. The negative stars is for the employee in charge of the dressing rooms because of her horrible customer service to me personally and how I saw her treating her young customers while waiting in line.

  The store itself is fine and the stuff they sell is nice, but some of the employees are very rude. The little black girl specifically is very unkind and condescending. If you leave one thing on the floor or even slightly out of place in the fitting room she will literally chase you through the store and berate you whilst demanding that you go and do her job for her by picking it up. If this girl is reading this, here's a few words of advice: firstly, if you're not willing to do your job and have no work ethic, you shouldn't even be employed! And secondly, you can find a new job if you're that unhappy with this one! It's clear to me that customer service isn't your strong suit, maybe find something where your unpleasantness isn't being thrust upon others constantly.
