- APAndreina PerezJun 27, 20255.0I want to take a moment to recognize Cristal, who works at the Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s at Mayfair Mall (near Wauwatosa). She is hands down, one of the best retail associates I’ve ever met. The first time I went in, I was looking for a Father’s Day gift and wasn’t sure what to get. Cristal greeted me kindly asked if I needed help and introduced me to the sunglasses selection. She explained the prices told me about the 20% discount, and even asked if I wanted to add the warranty. Her customer service was outstanding you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and loves helping people. Since then, I’ve returned multiple times. I went back with my boyfriend, who ended up buying me a pair of sunglasses. Cristal helped us set everything up on my phone they are the Meta showed me how to link them with my phone, and went above and beyond. My boyfriend had a pair of sunglasses with a missing screw and she immediately offered to help fix them. Even though she didn’t have the exact part she tried everything she could and offered to order what he needed. That kind of care and attention is rare to find. Her energy is beautiful she’s young wears glasses, and has such a sweet kind personality. She’s friendly approachable, honest, and makes you feel truly welcomed. I’ve even gone back to get sunglasses for my aunt, and Cristal once again helped me through every step. I even asked her opinion on which pair looked best on me, and she took her time to chat with me and give her honest thoughts. Honestly I’ve never had such a consistently positive experience with someone in retail before. Cristal makes shopping feel personal and enjoyable. Even though sunglasses can be pricey, I’ve never regretted a single purchase all thanks to her. She absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise!). Macy’s is lucky to have her. Thank you so much, Cristal! You truly made every visit memorable.

However it was never mentioned to me when I wanted to return a pair of sunglasses. It’s best to purchase sunglasses at the SunglassHut store instead of the one inside of Macy’s, because they mostly sell defected sunglasses without telling you, speaking from experience. PLEASE be on a look out and double check your sunglasses before they take your money!
