  I highly recommend Rhonda (at the Tom Ford counter at Mayfair) for your fragrance needs. She's friendly and approachable, knows her product line inside and out, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. So often, fragrance shopping experiences can be high-pressure, with an emphasis on getting you to buy immediately -- but shopping with Rhonda is the exact opposite of that. She encourages you to sample, explore the perfumes you're curious about, think about which scent truly speaks to you, and (best of all) take your time doing so. I can honestly say that I have never had a better interaction with a fragrance representative. Ever. :) As long as she's here, I'll keep coming back to work with her! Thanks, Rhonda! You're a true gem.

  Went in today and spent $1221.42 on 3 colognes 2 which they didn’t have mailed to me. Hopefully they are as good as the reviews. I purchased 1 they had and would’ve have purchased 4 but 1 they did not sell. My sales person B Kendall was great 5 stars. However the reason for the 3 star was I asked if they had gifts or sample for the products I purchased. She offered samples of perfumes I requested. I got One for which I asked about To take home she asked any others at that point some other lady (Asian not sure of her name) said only 1 per person. Listen Nordstrom I just spent $1200 and to Get another sample or 3 should not be an Issue. This is why I gave a lower rating. Just so u know the sales person offered another but I didn’t want to accept Because I was worried she may be in trouble. The other associate should be given some type of talk to not every day someone walks in and spend $1200 in perfume. That you Ms Kendall for doing your best to satisfy the customer. I hope what I receive at home is as good as the review that I have been seeing. Other than the issue I incurred this morning they would have gotten 5 stars.

  Nevaeh is an amazing stylist and found me some really cute pieces that I otherwise wouldn’t have tried to refresh my wardrobe. She did a good job incorporating my preferences and input.

  Your bathrooms are absolutely horrendous and unsanitary. Pee and to all over both of the women’s stalls today. Please maintain your store as it used to be the nicest one in MKE
