  I stopped into Madewell after seeing a TikTok about a pair of jeans that could work during pregnancy. I hadn’t worn jeans in months, but with the weather getting cooler I knew I needed something comfortable to get me through fall. I worked with Caitlin D., and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find the jeans I came in for, but she also pulled several other pieces I never would have thought to try — and they ended up being bump-friendly at 8 months pregnant. She made the whole experience fun, uplifting, and so easy. I left the store feeling excited to wear my new clothes instead of discouraged, which says everything about the experience she created. A huge thank you to Caitlin for making shopping such a positive experience during this stage of life!

  I called from another state to check on inventory after my online order was cancelled. The associate who helped me was friendly, efficient and professional....And this was the Sunday after Black Friday - so they were busy! She found my boots, took my purchase/contact information and said it would be shipped out right away. Extraordinary customer service! Thank you!

  I love this Madewell location. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Twice now I’ve gone in for help finding jeans, and both times I’ve left happy and feeling good about myself. I also love their bags. They’re sturdy and timeless. This is one of the few shops that I never feel judged. This will continue to be my go-to for jeans and handbags.
