I hadn’t worn jeans in months, but with the weather getting cooler I knew I needed something comfortable to get me through fall. I worked with Caitlin D., and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find the jeans I came in for, but she also pulled several other pieces I never would have thought to try — and they ended up being bump-friendly at 8 months pregnant. She made the whole experience fun, uplifting, and so easy. I left the store feeling excited to wear my new clothes instead of discouraged, which says everything about the experience she created. A huge thank you to Caitlin for making shopping such a positive experience during this stage of life!

I was happily greeted when I walked in but as soon as I said I have a return, the workers face went flat and she was not very kind. When I said I didn't wanna browse and that I'm just returning, she sighed. Please just let customers do returns, it's a part of retail.

Twice now I’ve gone in for help finding jeans, and both times I’ve left happy and feeling good about myself. I also love their bags. They’re sturdy and timeless. This is one of the few shops that I never feel judged. This will continue to be my go-to for jeans and handbags.
