When they didn’t have my size in stock at store the associate said I could order these online and have them shipped to my house. But after talking to manager at service desk he informed me that I would not get the sale price that was being offered in the store. I tried reasoning with this gentleman and explaining to him that it’s not my fault they did not have my size in stock and that he should honor that price and have them shipped to my house. He refused and was very rude about it and end result was no sale made because he said online orders don’t get the in store pricing. By him refusing to honor the sale price he not only lost that sale but future sales as well because of the way he handled this matter.
