- RWRoland WelschOct 30, 20251.0I tried calling here this afternoon to ensure they had what I was after. I called several times. It goes to voicemail call tree choices. I tried customer service and guns. It rings so long then the line goes dead. So I drive down there to buy some hunting arrow tips. Walked in, went to archery. Found several brands/models and had questions about the ones they had in stock. So I ask the person in that department. He answered my questions I asked. I asked if he had any more of these in the back. The BassPro/Cabela's employee told me he's waiting on customers, helping people find things, directing people to other departments, helping people with bow questions, I don't have. Time to go up and unpack stock. He said I will not go check stock to see if there are any more. I am just to busy. I told the cashier about my very unpleasant experience with the worker. I am very disappointed with my service I received today. I have had a Cabela's credit card for 23 years or so. I have lots of Club Points to spend. I am putting Cabela's on notice if I don't get some action, explanation and renumeration for this frustrating rude treatment, I will stop using my Cabela's Credit Card and switch to using a different card entirely that I get more percentage back up from on purchases.
