Price match= Nope Bait n Switch= They have hidden pricing that is Not disclosed until AFTER installation Same day install= Nope lie..Atleast 1wk out at 3 shops in 30 mile radius. They sent me quote for install and full program before I even decided to go with them....They Refuse to stand behind what I was quoted in writing..Everything was 30% higher than what I was quoted. Customer service= NON-EXISTENT!! It took 2hrs on hold and when I finally got an agent, he was incompetent and gave me the run around. Can u belive I called them to negotiate my my bill and pay my bill in full. All I wanted was what I was promised and to stand behind there quote..Noo luck. The shop was awesome and knew more than lifesafer does. Ohh ..they also don't tell u it's a 2hr install and u are supposed to drop it off..how are u supposed to do that without a license.. This company is dumb as a box of rocks!!
