  I’ve been shopping here for over a year now. Glass prices are awesome , secretly they have the best thca flower I’ve found , the vibes black jars are A1 and the exodus is close second . Besides that everything is clean and priced real good . Shout out to night shift Alex for always holding it down . I came right at close and he took care of me still . Really love this spot would recommend anytime . Lifetime buyer here .

  I genuinely love this smoke shop and their products -- they have a great selection and I usually leave happy because of one employee alone: Alex. Alex is hands down the nicest, most helpful worker they could ever have. Every single time I come in, he goes out of his way to help me, explain products, answer questions, and make sure I'm getting exactly what I want. He's respectful, patient, and actually makes customers feel welcome. Honestly, employees like Alex are the reason people come back. He deserves all the credit and then some. That being said, my experience is completely ruined whenever another worker named AP is there. AP is rude, dismissive, and flat-out disrespectful every time l come in. His attitude is terrible, and he treats me like I'm an inconvenience instead of a customer. I may know him outside of work standards, but that has nothing to do with this review - I'm judging him strictly as an employee, and his behavior is unacceptable. Regardless of who someone is outside of work, there is no excuse to treat customers the way he does. Every interaction with AP feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. He talks down to me, acts annoyed, and makes it very clear he does not care about customer service at all. It's honestly shocking that someone with such a bad attitude works in a customer-facing role. This shop has amazing potential and great products, but AP's behavior seriously damages the experience. If it weren't for Alex, I wouldn't even want to come in when AP is working. Alex deserves recognition. AP seriously needs to fix his attitude or not be working with customers at all.
