    Terrible customer service, Gun counter staff never answer the phone, avoids working with customers and the guy I recently worked with had the nastiest attitude, very rude and unprofessional.

    I actually love Cabela’s and have spent a great deal of time and money there. I ended up making a return and was issued a gift card which i used often when i visited. I lost my wallet/gift card. Since my id was needed to issue refund, I went to store to see if there’s any way to locate card to reissue gift card. There were processes in place for a situation so I’m out of almost $70 and I hate that.

    Been coming here for years and more times than I can count. Just dealt with a Shannon in the used gun department and she was helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I always seem to get great service. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I see that they are all from the same time frame, so hopefully it was a group of hires that they’ve since removed and I just lucked out over the years. Customer service is huge and the biggest component to a successful business. Anywho I think they’re terrific and if I ever have a bad experience I’ll be sure to let them know as well. In case corporate reads this, a 4.1 rating is cutting it close to where many people flat out will not venture into your establishment. It really is how the consumer lets others know where to go and spend their money. So whatever measures need to be taken to get that rating up is a big deal. Ok thank you again.

    Today I had an on-line chat with Dalton, a customer service person at the Richfield Wisconsin store. He was efficient and a great help in locating an order that was shipped from another Cabels's store. Plus, he helped me change my account email preference. I was quite impressed with the patience and respectful attitude he had toward me. All in all, it was probably the best experience I've ever had at a Cabela's and Dalton gave me a new opinion of the local store.

    Our family always enjoys going to Cabela’s. The kids love to look at all the animals around the store and the aquarium which is the highlight of shopping there. When the kids aren’t with, we enjoy looking up and down every aisle and floor and at all the animals and fish. Every time I’ve gone there, the store has been clean and neat. Sometimes the jeans are a little messy but oh well you can tell they try to keep up with reorganizing them. Also all employees I’ve dealt with have been friendly, professional, and courteous. The reason I gave it the 5th star is because first responders are now included in the 10% discount. Only complaint I have is how far away the parking lot is from the front doors
