  One check out lane open with over 30 people in line and they refuse to open more registers while employees are standing around doing nothing

  My grandson wanted crabs we went to the Odyssey family restaurant in Menomonee Falls and that was spectacular. It’s a must go Place.

  Extremely helpful staff, wish I got the name of the lady working in the gun library, she was amazing! Andrew was also very thorough with explaining everything and answered any questions I had, very attentive. I really appreciate all the help from both employees today. I would definitely recommend this place, thank you guys!

  The prices at the store aren't awful, but it's almost comically understaffed. I waited for over 30 minutes to look at an optic because there was only one staff member in the entire section of the store. After I decided it wasn't worth the wait, I saw only one register open. And this was on a Friday afternoon.

  Been coming here for years and more times than I can count. Just dealt with a Shannon in the used gun department and she was helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I always seem to get great service. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I see that they are all from the same time frame, so hopefully it was a group of hires that they’ve since removed and I just lucked out over the years. Customer service is huge and the biggest component to a successful business. Anywho I think they’re terrific and if I ever have a bad experience I’ll be sure to let them know as well. In case corporate reads this, a 4.1 rating is cutting it close to where many people flat out will not venture into your establishment. It really is how the consumer lets others know where to go and spend their money. So whatever measures need to be taken to get that rating up is a big deal. Ok thank you again.
