  Love shopping here but employees are rude and dont wear name tags, asked for help and heavy set man with black hair in a pony tail was very rude and walked away from us.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dunham Sports due to an employee i don’t remember her name but she had purple hair. She treated me poorly from the start, seemed irritated by basic questions, and made it clear she did not want to help or assist in any way. When I asked for help, she avoided answering and showed no interest in providing customer service. Retail employees don’t need to be overly friendly, but basic courtesy and willingness to help should be expected. Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable as a customer. I hope management addresses this, because experiences like this discourage people from returning. i will not be making the purchase i intended to make there. Edit- after looking at other reviews turns out the lady is a manager. yikes!

  if you are going to the gun counter and dealing with an old woman named “melissa” or marissa” WALK AWAY. I went in with my spouse to purchase a firearm, and she was unfortunately the person we had to deal with. My spouse was asked for her ID and the old lady asked “is everything correct?” which the address was not because we had just moved. instead of politely informing us that she could not complete the purchase because of that, she rudely just said “i can’t sell you a firearm, you need to get a new ID and it can’t be a paper ID it needs to be the physical card” in a very rude tone. mind you i had to wait almost 10 minutes for her to eventually make her way up to the counter (there was no one in the store) she slammed her keys down and instantly had an attitude. Overall an unfortunate experience, i would suggest to shop elsewhere if she is working.

  Need more associates Unfortunately, walked around, looking for someone to open a fitting room. Can't get anyone over here. Stood waited for quite a while. Ended up going back and forth looking around. They were nice, but not helpful at all. This is why people shop online.
