  Asked the cashier if I could get some 'assistance. He announced it on the on the intercom. 12 minutes went by ,and still no one came to assist. This not the first time nor the second time that I have experience this at Racine Durham's Sports. I ask myself why would I continue to shop there. This was not a cashier issue.

  people in the gun department not only have no interest in doing their jobs but they also have no knowledge about firearms or the purchasing process. terrible experience, would never buy from them again. they probably won’t be in business much longer if i were to wager. (edit) apparently the guy put the wrong id # on the background check paperwork so after my 3rd visit i am once again leaving empty handed.

  I love it here! Very nice staff, great deals, and lots of fishing stuff! It's just fun to come here!

  Love shopping here but employees are rude and dont wear name tags, asked for help and heavy set man with black hair in a pony tail was very rude and walked away from us.

  if you are going to the gun counter and dealing with an old woman named “melissa” or marissa” WALK AWAY. I went in with my spouse to purchase a firearm, and she was unfortunately the person we had to deal with. My spouse was asked for her ID and the old lady asked “is everything correct?” which the address was not because we had just moved. instead of politely informing us that she could not complete the purchase because of that, she rudely just said “i can’t sell you a firearm, you need to get a new ID and it can’t be a paper ID it needs to be the physical card” in a very rude tone. mind you i had to wait almost 10 minutes for her to eventually make her way up to the counter (there was no one in the store) she slammed her keys down and instantly had an attitude. Overall an unfortunate experience, i would suggest to shop elsewhere if she is working.
