- JRJT ReedAug 6, 20235.0I've been searching for a suitcase for a 3-week trip to Asia. I looked at Tumi, Rimowa, Away, July, Monos, TravelPro, Paravel, Victorinox, and more. I was open to spending a significant amount for al checked suitcase. Jane, the manager, was very helpful. Not at all pushy or too overwhelming with informative, in the sense that she allowed us to compare suitcases and answered our questions. She sensed that we had done our research and that she didn't need to explain too much to us as if we've never seen a suitcase before. Jane will certainly describe and show all the features if you ask. Anyway, I ended up with an inexpensive suitcase. HUNDREDS of dollars less than other brands and I'm thrilled. The quest was over. Honestly, I wasn't so interested in Samsonite because of their designs but there were plenty of suitcases that weren't "edgy corporate". I highly recommend this store for your suitcase needs!
