The customer service on the floor were very helpful but my frustration started at checking out. I ask the cashier if I could get gift receipt and she was sort of reluctant to give them to me. After that I ask her if I could get those purse pack in different bag. She told me I couldn't and want to stuff all my purse in one bag, because 1 shopping bag per transaction. Then I ask her, since that their rule, then I should purchase my bag through multiple transaction, so she could bag for me individually, which help save me time to rebag in a gift bag. She said even if I purchased multiple transaction, I still will get my purse stuff in 1 shopping bag because it consider same customer. However she got me frustrated after that... Now my question is if I purchase many transaction at the store, I the customer will get my purchase item hand to me without proper bagging...now I purchase 5 purse, I carry 4 out without bag. I would understand if they were busy tonight, but they were not. However I use to shop here during holiday and never had this kind of experience. I went next door to Tory torch and coach. They even offer me gift bag/boxes/ tissue paper. This year I am very very disappointed with Michael Kor!

I asked for a single small bag for each wallets and the manager straight up said no we can’t do that as per the policy.. I asked her nicely that what if I pay you for each separately so that I can get bag for each wallets in response she was totally rude .. Never going back again ..
