  I was there on 03/25/25 at 2:37 PM with my wife and son. The girl, SANAMDEEP, who worked there was beyond RUDE. I am a return customer and I was ready to again spend a decent amount of money there with a good handful of clothes for myself and my son. I was immediately notified that there is now a limit of three items at a time in the dressing room. THREE??? Really? This is new. The only store in the mall that does this. Sanamdeep held the rest and notified me that when I return three items to her, I can have three more. That was rude and condescending. Why was I being treated like this? The last time I was here they didn't do that but whatever. My wife and I entered the dressing room with my son and his three items. We were immediately YELLED at from across the store, "only ONE person is allowed in the dressing room!" I was visibly angry when my wife and I came out. Again, this was not a problem anywhere else in the mall. I refused all the clothes I picked out for myself and about half of what my son picked out, only buying a few items for him since he likes the brand. I dropped only $250 and left much more than that unpurchased. This will be my last purchase at this store. I will shop at Woodfield Lacoste from now on. I've never been treated like a potential thief before. Had my son not been looking forward to shopping specifically at Lacoste, I would have walked out not giving them a dime. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

  This store doesn’t even deserve a star. Rude employees and even though store is almost empty they will make you wait putside and laugh at you. Do not waste your time here.

  🤠🤗🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Excellent store for polos and some hidden gems. If you can catch their sales, it's extremely inexpensive. My wife and granddaughters go to the outlet mall quite often and this is one of the stops, they're always happy with the selection and their purchases, that's why they go back all the time. Make sure you have plenty of time to wander the mall, you won't be disappointed. 🏵️💮🌸🌹💐🏵️💮🌸🌹💐
