- EBEmily BailsJul 20, 20251.0Tried to return some clothes. I looked up the return policy online for the outlets and regular stores before making the drive out. But manager said can’t return if tags are off. Which I understand and I was able to return the few items I had tags still on. However, the manager (I’m not sure her name but short, black hair with glasses) was very rude. I asked if I could get a store credit at least but that’s not possible. Made it sound like I just lost my money and no possible way unless I go shopping on the spot. Didn’t understand that and asked why and she just re-stated the same sentence to me like I’m stupid. No emotion or compassion. Very poor customer service. Especially for a manager. Won’t be coming back even if it’s an outlet. I’ll go to Milwaukee or Gurnee mills.
