  I love coming to this store specifically because I always get a great clearance haul. I always find a good selection of new product throughout the store as well and I cant wait for the Christmas stuff to come out I feel like I always see it here first

  Aerie at the Prime Outlets is a horrible place to shop. Its staffed with kids that don't know how to run a store. I asked for a manager and was told there won't be one in for days. So then they sent a teenage girl over named Maddie who said she was the Asst manager. Had no idea what to do or how to run a store. If you have a return don't count on being able to return your items. Apparently no one knows what to do at this store.

  These brand bra is the worst bra I have ever had in my lifetime. The shoulder of states on. Always come off. Super easy slide off. I’m making my shoulder very painful. Because never stay on so I have to make very tight. And when it get tight it makes my shoulder so sore and tired. I have bought so many pair. Now I have to get rid of them 🤦🏽‍♀️

  Went to shop for a bra. Saw three different times it said sports bra $25. It Rang up 35 showed it to the associate the price in 3 different locations it said 25 she said no even though you could clearly see it. Even if it’s wrong you should still honor the price cause that’s a mistake on your part

  Disappointed in the customer service. Never greeted or asked if I needed help. This has happened on a few occurances. The store wasn't busy, and all associates were behind the counter.
