I’m on a verge of going back and returning everything since this exchange left such a bad taste in my mouth.

I asked for a manager and was told there won't be one in for days. So then they sent a teenage girl over named Maddie who said she was the Asst manager. Had no idea what to do or how to run a store. If you have a return don't count on being able to return your items. Apparently no one knows what to do at this store.
