I initiated the return process and contacted customer service, who instructed me to bring it to a specific location. Upon arrival, the manager was courteous but repetitive, stating that if the item was sold in a certain manner, it could not be returned. I informed her that customer service had provided an email with return instructions, but she continued to repeat herself. I sensed that she was avoiding taking the item back. After several minutes, she finally took it back. In such situations, it would be more efficient for the store to promptly resolve the issue rather than repeating the same information. This would prevent unnecessary delays and ensure customer satisfaction. I will continue to make purchases online or visit stores that prioritize customer service.
