    Upon receiving my online purchase, a wallet, I was disappointed to find that it did not match the product description. I initiated the return process and contacted customer service, who instructed me to bring it to a specific location. Upon arrival, the manager was courteous but repetitive, stating that if the item was sold in a certain manner, it could not be returned. I informed her that customer service had provided an email with return instructions, but she continued to repeat herself. I sensed that she was avoiding taking the item back. After several minutes, she finally took it back. In such situations, it would be more efficient for the store to promptly resolve the issue rather than repeating the same information. This would prevent unnecessary delays and ensure customer satisfaction. I will continue to make purchases online or visit stores that prioritize customer service.

    I had a great first experience at the Michael Kors outlet when I picked up a previous order — everything was neatly wrapped and sealed, and it really felt like care was put into the packaging. It made gifting feel special, even though MK isn’t high-end luxury. Unfortunately, my recent Father’s Day order was a big letdown, especially considering it cost even more. The items were literally tossed into the bag with torn white paper, the box was damaged, and the contents were all over the place. It looked so rushed and careless — honestly, it felt more like something picked up from Goodwill than a thoughtful gift. Presentation matters, and this just felt embarrassing to give. Very disappointing compared to my first visit.

    This is quite an outlet. Very upscale. I was looking for a carry-on or closed bag. Very good quality bags were available, purses etc. Most were priced in mid to high hundreds of dollars. I was informed in Chicago, they would be in $2- $6,000 range. ( true? I have no idea.) More than I was looking for.
