Fox Valley Stone and Brick Co., Inc. began back in 1967 on a family farm as a business with one product to sell – landscape stone. We have now grown into one of the largest suppliers of brick, stone and fireplaces in the state of Wisconsin, stocking over 200 different types of brick and representing six of the top manufacturers of fireplaces in the country.
Fox Valley Stone and Brick started out by supplying landscape stone to a market that, up to that time, had no idea what landscape stone really was. By working hand-in-hand with local landscape contractors, we created a new market. This market leaned towards people who wanted the outside of their homes to be as distinctive as the inside.

Had a Sales Rep come out, look at the unit and said they would get back to me in a couple weeks with a quote to replace the unit. A month went by and heard nothing. A follow up phone call went out and the CEO picked up and said I would have a response within that day. Received an email the following day from the Sales Rep mentioning everything would have to be replaced and I replied to the email asking additional questions. Once again heard nothing for a week and gave them a call back. Luckily behold the CEO picked up again and said they haven't carried the realfrye brand for years and it’s not on their website. Well the CEO should look at their website because it shows that brand and other area businesses say they get the parts from Fox Valley Stone & Brick. This is probably the first time I have ever given a company a one star and don't appreciate a business lying.

So when the time came we went to them for stone to build our patio. They sold us some gorgeous slate. We followed the directions to the letter. Initially we were thrilled. Then winter came. The next spring it started to break apart. Every year I watch large chunks disintegrate. I am so disgusted and outraged. They sold us product that is not durable to our area. They took our money knowing this would happen. Stay away. If you want an ethical company, then this isn't it. What really ticks me off is that we had initially been looking at limestone and we were talked out of it. That would have lasted.
