  After dreaming of a Rolex for years, I finally decided to start the process in late 2025. I scheduled an appointment to stop by a few weeks before Thanksgiving, tried on a few models, made my selection, and then patiently waited. A few weeks ago, I got the call from Richard that my watch was in! Richard was fantastic to work with, kept me updated on the process, timeline and answered all of my questions. I really felt appreciated as a client, as did my wife, especially during pick up. If you are considering a watch, be it a Rolex, Tag Heuer, or Tudor, I cannot recommend Schwanke-Kasten, and Richard, enough!

  Schwanke-Kasten Jewelers is a phenomenal place to go for custom jewelry and watches. We worked with Michelle and she has always been so helpful and welcoming. Her service has been the best and we feel welcome every time we stop in. Would highly recommend!

  This place is excellent. Charlie is a professional, friendly, and fair. I’m a watch guy and had a few interests that weren’t immediately available but I’m realistic and worked with them. The wait was appropriate for the items for which I had an interest and I’m glad I did business with them. I even got to say hi to the watch service professional with whom I will be giving some business in the future. My wife also enjoyed her earrings and her watch. I’ll definitely be back to see the crew when I’m in the area.

Every experience has been exceptional—from the moment you walk in, you’re treated with genuine warmth and professionalism that you’d expect from a high-end establishment. We’ve purchased a variety of pieces over time, including both jewelry and watches, and have been consistently impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. What really sets this store apart, though, is the level of service. The team takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this store and the Schwanke-Kasten team more highly.
