I'm a design engineer by profession, and i had really exact asks for the designs and they took the time to work through every detail and complexity of the design with me and get me exactly what I wanted while still working to a deadline. Even lowered the final price below the initial quote without me asking becaus gold prices dropped during the design time! 11/10 would recommend.

We wanted to create a custom piece and incorporate other pieces from my soon to be fiances mother into our ring to make it just that much more special and wanted to 100% customize which they were willing to do! We had a vision, pictures, lots of pinterest inspiration that we never thought would be a reality ring for us but wanted to get something close! They gave us exactly what we envisioned and it was even better than we had hoped for! Not only did they exceed expectations but they were so friendly and caring throughout the process, very great with communication throughout the whole experience, listened and took note of everything we wanted and when we wanted to add details, they were all for it!! We worked primarily with Vince to create our amazing ring and will be going here for all future jewelry needs!!
