- BABenjamin AllenFeb 3, 20261.0I was rescheduled for my installation twice. When I got to my appointment the shop didn’t know I was supposed to be there. Apparently my work order was “canceled” even though I was told to be there on the date I was there. I then had to sit on hold and being transferred around departments for 2.5 hours to get the to give the shop a new work order so they could program the device. All in all- my installation took the shop about an hour and a half. I was at the shop for 4.5 hours. What a horrible experience.
