- BBBrandonSep 26, 20251.0Ordered a fruit bouquet, chocolate covered strawberries and a preserved forever rose for my wife two days ago to be delivered to her at her job yesterday and by the time she got home and was so thankful and happy for her surprise which was very significant for the occasion she told me she thought it was from one of her customers cuz they always do nice things for her and when I laughed and said "I hope none of your customers are giving you a single red rose" she stated "wait what single red rose?" and that's when I immediately knew they screwed up my order and delivery, I was pissed off because by the time she got home they had already closed, why so early do they close is beyond me but I will be calling first thing in the morning because after what I paid, the experience was ruined, the element of surprise is ruined and over and the very significance of the single rose was the real reason I ordered everything from them in the first place and it was ruined and on top of that I left a nice tip for the driver and all I got was a delivered email, no phone call to let me know it was delivered and no picture of the items that they delivered because had they done either one of those things I would have known right away they were missing something and also could have called them back during their business hours and not having to wait until the next day to call them back smh.

She Barely Greeted us and gave us the feeling that WE were Bothering HER, as we were there to buy Two arrangements AND there was NO ONE else in the store!! Needless to say we left and took our business to a neighboring Florist! THIS WAS ABOUT NOON ON YESTERDAY! YOU MUST DO BETTER!!
