- TTTRObsoleteFeb 8, 20221.0We’ve been customers here for a while. One is able to get a pretty significant discount on seconds. What I did not realize until our latest visit was that they do not allow any returns or offer any after sale support. Additionally there are shoes in the inventory that are so incomplete or defective that they cannot be worn. We were told when we inquired about our options with a pair we bought that has missing speed hooks that it’s up to the customer to inspect the product before purchasing after the sale they will not do anything to help with any issues. I know that now but still have an $80 pair of basic work boots where one cannot be laced up. I would recommend paying for anything you buy there with a credit card with a good purchase protection package. Also probably do not buy any of the products that are close to retail price as you get no warranty at all on anything in the store it seems. We will not quit shopping here but we are now “twice shy”.
