  I’ve shopped here before and had good experiences. On a previous visit, a manager had mentioned that checking airflow on corncob pipes before purchasing was okay, since some can come clogged. On my most recent visit, there was a misunderstanding with a different employee about that, and I was refused service, so I didn’t end up buying anything. She asked me to bring it to her and I said no, I’m kinda in a rush all the time. And manager said to leave clogged onces in there. I’m not upset and don’t want to make this a negative thing — just wanted to leave a note so management is aware. I like the shop and would like to come back and make my purchase once things are cleared up.

  Alicesin is super nice, super helpful. Refreshing to see customer service like she gives every time. The owner is extremely nice as well.
