He is extremely knowledgeable about the style and fit of the apparel, along with style trends. Most recently, when struggling to find the proper fit for my son, Dick enlightened us about "athletic fit" dress shirts. Although JC Penney did not have them in stock at the time, we were able to find them online. Dick was delightful to work with and helped us find exactly what we needed. We're so happy that we were able to work with him. Thank you!
